Grand Master Sunyata will teach you selections from the ancient secret temple yoga (Vajra Yogini) of the nuns and lamas of Tibet. Master Sunyata received this information and teachings from a Vajra Master Lama, who allowed him to become the first teacher of Vajra Yogini in America. He selected these flowing asanas for their effectiveness, which he experiences also.
In this Class you will Experience:
- Golden Cobra
- Unfreeze and adjust spinal column, for kundalini awareness
- Simple postures and flowing movements for vital energy in your organs, producing a pleasurable feeling through your body
- Tummo
- Special breathing technique to purify three psychic channels and awaken the dormant kundalini safely
- Neuro-Energetic Meridian Balancing
- Balance the acupuncture meridians through hand movements around your body
- Life force meditations
Please bring a yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can bring a towel. We also have loaners.

This hands on workshop will cover all aspects of journaling as a tool for personal growth and enlightenment. Participants will experiment with a variety of techniques to discover the specific journaling style that fits their needs and personality. Join us and discover how recording your thoughts and feelings can lead to emotional cleansing, mental clarity, personal and spiritual enlightenment for yourself.
We will also discuss how preserving your memories can lead to the preservation of your family’s history, traditions, and culture for future generations.

Ed, R.M, is an ordained Yoruba/Lukumi Priest/Shaman trained in traditional African rituals and ceremonies; she is also a Reiki Master healer certified in the Usui System of Natural Healing. Over the years, Efunlayo has trained, taught, mentored and supported a vast number of individuals who have come to respect her work. One of her many gifts are to assist individuals with bridging the gap between metaphysical principals and traditional western spirituality. Efunlayo has used journaling as one of her personal spiritual tools for over 35 years.
