GODDESS  BELLYDANCE WITH CARMEN

Powerful Movement Class that will empower you with confidence, manifesting, creativity and balance. Know that you are a Kick Ass Goddess:)

In this class we incorporate basic belly dance movements and also creative movements from your inner Goddess. We incorporate Yoga Breathwork, Tai Chi Flow & Chi Kung energy awareness. We will reserach different Goddesses and journal our experience as we grow as a Tribe of Women supporting each other.
