• Social well being: dancing encourages teamwork, cooperation, communication
• Individual stimulation: Dancing also increases your self-esteem, self discipline, and sense of accomplishment
In general, dancing in all its forms, is a unique way to exercise the mind, body, and spirit. It conditions the body, helps keep your heart healthy, helps with weight loss, relieves stress, and is a great way to socialize with others. It can renew your spirit, and help you feel more relaxed and happy overall.
